Refund Policy

We offer a free demo version of Koi 3D so you can make sure your computer meets our system requirements before you purchase. If you do not test the demo version, and you find after purchasing that your computer does not meet our system requirements, we cannot issue you a refund.

If you have technical problems with the demo, DO NOT PURCHASE Koi 3D - if the demo version doesn't function properly, purchasing the full version will not help. Instead, please see our support page for suggestions on resolving technical issues prior to purchasing.

Irreverie Studios will issue refunds when we, or our credit card processing service, have made a mistake in your billing. Any other refunds we issue are solely at our discretion - so please, take our advice and download first!
